What are the team sizes?
Between 2 and 4 people.
Individuals are encouraged to participate and demo, but aren't eligible for prizes.

Can I hack an existing project?
Only new projects are allowed, out of fairness to others.

Projects will be judged "science fair" style, with an allotted amount of demo time.
